Crittenden
Adjustment Company, a Virginia Corporation, was organized
in 1971 by Archer B. Crittenden. Mr. Crittenden
and his wife initially worked from their garage, expanding
the business in the 1970's. In 1980, the first
branch office of Crittenden Adjustment Company was
opened in Petersburg Virginia. In the 1980's the
company expanded into other areas; including a medical
malpractice department, an Aviation Investigative
Unit, and additional branch offices throughout Virginia,
North Carolina and into Florida.
In
1993, the Florida operation was spun off into a
separate entity and the original Crittenden Adjustment
Company remains a viable part of the independent
adjusting business in Virginia, North Carolina and
suburban Maryland.
